Q. Are your paintings entirely handmade?

A: Yes, all of our paintings are made by our talented artists without the use of any mechanical processes. Each piece is 100% uniquely hand-made using only the finest galley grade linen finished canvases, and painted with oil and acrylic paints. We take immense pride in the quality and originality of our artwork and are happy to help you find the perfect piece of art for your space.

Q. What is your painting process?

A: Our painting process is a unique and captivating journey shared with our talented artists. When you commission a painting, you become part of the creative experience. Throughout the process, we'll send you exclusive behind-the-scenes photos offering an intimate look at your unique oil painting taking shape. Q. Do your paintings come with frames?

A: No, our paintings do not come with framing. Each painting is carefully painted, dried, rolled, and then shipped in a protective rolled canvas only tube via insured express shipping, ready for you to frame at your convenience. We made this decision to ensure that your painting arrives in pristine condition, without the risk of damage that can occur during shipping when frames are included.

Q. Can you customize the size of your paintings?

A: Absolutely! We understand that every space is unique, which is why we offer custom sizes for many of our paintings. If you have a specific size in mind, just send us a message through our "contact us" page and we'll work with our talented artists to create a custom order that fits your needs.
*Please keep in mind that all custom-sized painting orders are non-refundable. We take great care to ensure that each piece is made to the highest quality standards and meets your specifications, so we cannot offer refunds or returns for custom orders. However, we're confident that you'll love your custom painting and the unique touch it brings to your space!

Q. Do you offer international shipping, and how long does it take to receive my painting?

A: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. After you place your order, our artist will start the painting process, which can take up to 3 weeks to complete and allow for proper drying time. Once the painting is finished, we will ship it to you via UPS Express, which typically takes up to 5 business days to arrive.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and seasons.

 

Q. Will my canvas painting look exactly like the image on the website?

A: We do our best to present each piece as accurately as possible. Because every artwork is 100% hand-painted, minor variations in texture and tone can occur, this is part of what makes each piece unique. Please also note that the finish can appear slightly different in color in person due to photography, screen settings, and the lighting in your space (natural vs. warm or cool indoor light). Any differences are subtle and never compromise the overall quality or impact of the artwork.
