Here, form dissolves into omen. A panther crouches like shadow given muscle, a hawk holds its ground like silence set to flight. Yet within their tension, another visage emerges, the faint outline of a human face, hidden in the weave of wing and branch.
The painting becomes less an image than a mirror. It asks: what masks reside within nature, and what masks within us? Predator and prey, flesh and phantom, each boundary softens until one inhabits the other.

In this liminal state, the canvas suggests that vision itself is a kind of myth, what we see is never singular, but layered, refracted, and charged with the unseen. The work reminds us that to look is to participate in illusion, and perhaps, to glimpse the truth only in its disguises.
